Prices may increase or decrease from time to time. Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices you will pay and include GST (15% sales tax). Delivery charges, postage, courier and shipping costs will be added to each order. Payment is to be made in New Zealand currency.

When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email of the order including postage, costs and approximate delivery dates.

When making purchases you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by SwipeHQ to enter your payment details. All credit card information is processed by SwipeHQ. does not store or collect any credit card information.

Goods are at our risk until delivered to the address given for your purchase, we are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.

If you discover any defect in your product, you may return the item in new condition within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. If a replacement is not available we may at our discretion provide a refund. You will be notified by email of the status of replacement.

Replacements or refunds do not cover faults arising from:

Changes to the original item,
Damage caused by human error, blades, furniture, paint, thinners, or other chemical agents.
